Return & Refund Policy

  1. To ensure fair play and overall satisfaction, all orders are thoroughly checked for defects before they are shipped to you. Hence, we will not be responsible for the item after we have delivered your item. All items that are bought through will not be exchangeable / returnable / refundable due to unsatisfactory but limited to defects/size/colour/item error which final decision is made / approved by our management for an exchange.

  2. Material and quality issues are a subjective matter due to the colours of each monitor varies. does not guarantee that the item seen in the photographs will be exactly the same as what you would be receiving. Slight colour difference is to be expected because of varying monitor settings and lighting conditions when the item was photographed. However, can assure customers that the item colour will not be a big issue over here. If you have any concerns, please do get in touch with us first before ordering the item.

  3. Should you find a defected item upon receiving your parcel, kindly write in to us within 48 hours based on the delivery date together with the photos of the defected item attached for us to further investigate on this issue before returning the item to us.

  4. To return items for exchange, kindly contact our customer service for further assistance. Return request are to meet the follow requirement:

    • All returned items must be in its original conditions (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tag intact if there is tag).
    • A return form MUST include in the return parcel.
  5. Our Return & Exchange department will get back to you once we’ve received and process your returned parcel. For size exchange, turnaround time will take 7 – 12 working days; Refunds to store credit will be within 3 working days.

All returns which do not meet any of the above criteria will be strictly rejected and forfeited.

Customer receives send a brand new item to the customer once the defective item has been received. Store credit will be added to your account automatically if the item(s) is/are no longer available.

Strictly NO CASH REFUND (Please note that there will be no expiry for store credit.)


Exchange item will be ship to customer after the returned item has been received.

A voucher with 30 days’ validity will be issued to you if the exchange item(s) is/are not available.


Premium items that purchased using voucher will NOT be entitled for size exchange.
